Course Description
Get your heart pumping with an effective cardio drumming class. Drum away stress and get fit along with a mat workout using hand weights and stretch bands. Drumming sticks and Fit Balls are provided and seated chair options and demonstrations are included in each class. This class is taught by certified Fitness Drumming instructor Elone Letourneou.
