Love Potions: Valentine-Inspired Cocktails

Course Description

Get acquainted with classic cocktails that have become synonymous with celebration, romance, and indulgence. From sparkling aperitifs to rich after-dinner classics, learn how balance, texture, and ingredients create cocktails that are elegant without being overly sweet. Explore classics like the French 75, Naked & Famous, Espresso Martini, and the Cosmopolitan, and see how these drinks continue to evolve while remaining timeless behind the bar. Tasting is used as a learning experience rather than a focus on drinking. Light cocktail samples and snacks provided. Attendees must be 21+ with valid Michigan ID and a signed waiver.
