Course Description

Discover the elements of a cozy dram, cocktails that are sipped slowly with others at the end of the year, when reflection and celebration overlap. As days shorten and gatherings grow longer, drinks shift toward darker spirits, fortified wines, citrus for brightness, and sweetness for comfort. Celebrate the warmth and cheer of the season with the New York Sour, Sidecar, Boulevardier, and Penicillin. Tasting is used as a learning experience rather than a focus on drinking. Light cocktail samples and snacks provided. Attendees must be 21+ with valid Michigan ID and a signed waiver.
