Explore cocktails that tell a story of orchards, hives, and spice with classic recipes that reflect the bounty of the autumn season. Harvest cocktails capture a cultural exchange: what was grown, preserved, traded, and celebrated at a given moment in time. Learn the history of Sangria, Amaretto Sour, Bee's Knees, and Vieux Carre as you sample each. Tasting is used as a learning experience rather than a focus on drinking. Light cocktail samples and snacks provided. Attendees must be 21+ with valid Michigan ID and a signed waiver.
