Course Description
Red and dark fruits, fresh herbs, and earthy mushrooms reveal the sensory connection between nature and wine. Let these ingredients guide your senses in this immersive wine experience. Begin with a visit to Nino Salvaggio's produce market to explore aroma-driven ingredients, then return to the classroom to taste, compare, and discuss the connection between fresh product and wine. Must be able to walk across the street from classroom to Nino Salvaggio Market. Wine tasting and light refreshments provided. You must be at least 21 years old to attend. Bring a driver's license or Michigan ID.
