Course Description
Discover cocktails that are aromatic, herbal, and just a little spooky. This class revisits pre-prohibition classics, known for their layered flavors and bold balance of bitters and botanicals. Learn the fascinating history behind these vintage recipes, including the Skeleton Key, Last Word, Death in the Afternoon, and Corpse Reviver No. 2. See how to create these cocktails, perfect for all hallows evening. Tasting is used as a learning experience rather than a focus on drinking. Light cocktail samples and snacks provided. You must be at least 21 years old to attend. Bring a driver's license or Michigan ID. All students must sign a waiver before class.
