Course Description
Discover how the vibrant, complex flavors of Mexican cuisine are enhanced when paired with the right wines. Enjoy four different Mexican small plates paired with international wines. Learn how to compliment the smoky, spicy, tangy, and sweet flavors of rich Mexican dishes, while also exploring the basics of wine tasting and pairing. You must be at least 21 years old to attend. Bring a driver's license or Michigan ID.
