CES-2773Summer Charcuterie Board: Hands-On

Course Description

Craft a fresh, seasonal charcuterie board for your next summer party or barbeque event! Learn how arrange an array of cheeses, crackers, and fruits, and pair them with prepared grilled peppers, caramelized balsamic purple onions, peach habanero chutney, crostini, and flat iron steak with a lime chimichurri sauce. Bring home your beautifully crafted board to enjoy! Wear a white chef jacket, dark pants and comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Requirement: bring a serrated knife, chef's knife, high-heat rubber spatula, measuring spoons, and an 18" wide rectangular cutting or charcuterie board to bring home your creation. Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101: Skill Development or with instructor's approval.
