Course Description
Experience Detroit's Historic Eastern Market on a walking tour with a culinary expert as your guide. Chef George Rapitis will introduce you to local and exotic food products, share tips for reducing processed foods, reasons to eat in season produce, and how to plan meals with your market finds! Meet at 9 am at Mitsos Greek Food & Coffee, 2614 Riopelle St. Unit 4. Close parking is limited. Come early for the best parking. Bring a shopping bag if you plan to purchase items after the tour.
