Course Description

Enjoy an opportunity to bond with your child while indulging in delicious Mexican food! This hands-on class will encourage little chefs to explore the traditions, culture, and cuisine of Mexico as they learn to prepare an entrée, Mexican chocolate beverage, and sweet dessert. Foster your child's love for cooking as you make memories together. Register in child's name. One child per adult. Must be 10 years of age or older. Prerequisite not required. Requirements: wear a white chef's jacket, dark pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes. Bring a tool kit with the following: a paring and chef's knife, peeler, measuring cups, and measuring spoons.
