Course Description

Elevate your home-cocktail game just in time for holiday entertaining. Learn six recipes, techniques, a little bit of history, as well as tips for preparing for guests. An ingredient list will be sent a week ahead, so you can pour along and taste from the comfort of your own home. If mixing along, have ingredients and supplies ready before class. The class meets virtually via Zoom. Students must be at least 21 years old to attend.
