Student MFA Reset
If you've lost access to your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) device, use this form to request a one-time-use reset link. After using the reset link, you'll need to set up a new MFA method at your next login.
This form is for students only. Faculty and staff must contact Technology Support for MFA assistance.
Continuing with the password reset process during maintenance may not work even with correct information. See the front page of Ocelot Access for more information about the maintenance schedule.
