Student MFA Reset

If you've lost access to your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) device, use this form to request a one-time-use reset link. After using the reset link, you'll need to set up a new MFA method at your next login.

This form is for students only. Faculty and staff must contact Technology Support for MFA assistance.

Enter the personal email address that is associated with your account. Do not enter your Schoolcraft email address.

Alternatively, enter a personal phone number associated with your account. It must be a valid phone number formated as 123-456-7890 that can receive SMS text messages. Standard text messaging rates may apply.
