Vehicle Connectivity

Course Description

Connectivity explores how modern vehicles communicate internally and externally through a range of communication protocols, networks, and diagnostic tools. This module introduces foundational networking concepts such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and the OSI model, and it connects these systems to real-world applications like diagnostics, connected vehicles, and cybersecurity. Learners will gain hands-on understanding of how data is transmitted within vehicles, how to diagnose network issues, and how emerging technologies like V2X communication are transforming mobility.
