Intermediate/Advanced Karate

Course Description

Take your martial arts training to the next level in this energetic and challenging class designed for students with prior karate experience. Instruction focuses on refining and advancing punching, kicking, blocking, and defensive techniques while developing speed, power, precision, and control. Students will practice advanced combinations, counterattacks, line drills, and kata, with an emphasis on practical application and technical excellence. Training is rooted in traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate, and practitioners of all martial arts styles are welcome. Prerequisites: Six to nine months previous training.
