Get ready to level up your skills in Judo-a dynamic Japanese martial art that's all about technique, timing, and control. In this class, teens will learn how to fall safely, execute powerful throws, and push their strength and agility through hands-on drills. Beyond the physical training, you'll develop real-life qualities like discipline, respect, focus, and teamwork. No experience required-just show up ready to train and challenge yourself. Ages 13-17.
