This beginning/moderate yoga class focuses on improving lower back strength, balance, and stability. Students are guided through precisely-targeted processes which consist of classic standing poses, flowing sequences, and targeted balance techniques, followed by a segment of supportive mat stretches for improving flexibility. Class ends with a relaxing & peaceful self meditation.
