Lil' Dragons Martial Arts

Course Description

This high energy class designed for children will teach health, fun and fitness focusing on respect, discipline, self-confidence, flexibility, balance and coordination. Students will be introduced to basic blocking, punching and kicking techniques. The child should wear loose fitting clothing to ensure that they excel in the environment. Recommended age range: 5-7 years old.
