Project Management Professional Training Intensive
Course Description
Level up your career with the project management skills employers are looking for. This class blends core Project Management foundations, advanced practices, and PMP ®/CAPM ® exam prep into one program. Topics include leading teams, estimating and scheduling, stakeholder management, risk and conflict, negotiation, quality management, cost management, and exam-focused review and practice. Ideal for professionals seeking certification. Class meets virtually via Zoom. Students will be part of a cohort from other programs nationwide. Note: $99 official PMI Student Kit is included in class cost and is required to qualify for the PMP Certificate Exam. Required: A 1-month Rita Mulcahy subscription must be purchased separately at the current rate of $89. This is not included in the class cost. The instructor will provide additional information on the first day of class.
