Course Description

Career Advantage Leadership Institute equips future professionals with foundational career skills that serve as a critical edge in any professional environment. Both Level 1, Career Readiness, and Level 2, Brand Builder, are covered during this program. Topics covered include professional branding, communicating value, and business outcomes. Students create a LinkedIn account and a professional portfolio with a resume and cover letter. Students must take a short assessment and achieve a score of 80% or higher, and upon completion will receive Schoolcraft College issued digital badges: Career Essentials and Brand Builder.
