Course Description

Effective business communicators respond to the recipient's interests and the organization's best interests. Conquer the right techniques in appealing to both emotions and objective data to influence the discussion. Most importantly of all, persuasive business communicators know how to polish their writing to make every sentence count. All materials are included in the cost of the course.
