New and experienced supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders will discover how to create clear expectations, engage and motivate employees, and increase effectiveness through use of personality profiles. All materials are included in the cost of the course. Instructions for accessing the online classroom will be emailed to students prior to the start of class. Requirements: Internet access and a valid email address.
