Self-Defense: Personal Safety Training For Women II
Course Description
Take the next step in your personal safety journey. In this continuation of Personal Safety Training for Women we will add-on the element of ground defense. This training is taught by a law enforcement defense tactics instructor. While this course is designed for women, please be aware that it may be co-taught by a male instructor. All instructors are trained professionals who create a respectful and supportive learning environment. Please wear athletic clothing and shoes. All instructors are state certified law enforcement firearms instructors. Completion of Personal Safety Training for Women I suggested.
