Self-Defense: Personal Safety Training For Women I

Course Description

In this hands-on, active defense class for women, learn to discern dangerous situations, avoid attack, and defend yourself when an attack cannot be avoided. These basic and easy to use techniques are highly effective and can be lifesaving for women. This training is taught by a law enforcement defense tactics instructor. While this course is designed for women, please be aware that it may be co-taught by a male instructor. All instructors are trained professionals who create a respectful and supportive learning environment. Please wear athletic clothing and shoes. All instructors are state certified law enforcement firearms instructors. No previous experience is required.
