Course Description

This beginner-friendly class combines gentle yoga stretches with light-weight strength training to warm the body, build muscle tone, and support bone health. You'll practice simple standing and seated poses, lift weights safely from various positions, and finish with a calming cool-down. Designed to improve flexibility, balance, and stamina. Weights and props provided. Please bring a mat and water.
