Course Description
Explore the worst sea disaster in U.S. Naval history, when the USS Indianapolis sank in the North Pacific Ocean, claiming over 800 sailors. Discover how the survivors were found by a miraculous air sighting, how the Navy mishandled the tragedy and unfairly court-martialed the captain, and hear stories about the Michigan survivors who went on to rebuild their lives.
