Course Description
The Detroit waterfront was once home to fleets of luxury steamships, especially during the late 19th and mid-20th centuries. These ships were large, comfortable, and carried passengers all over the great lakes, giving people the opportunity to experience their region in a new way. Explore this fascinating world with author and architect Bruce Kopytek. Learn about the companies, crews, passengers, and ships, all of them marvels. Refreshments served.
