CES-2755Cooking with the Masters: Grades 9-12

Course Description

Join Chef Sayes and Chef Gabriel for a fun-filled week of cooking awesome foods and baking sweet treats. For two-and-a-half days, Chef Gabriel will hone your baking skills while the other two-and-a-half days Chef Sayes will add to your cooking repertoire of savory dishes. Each day will be a new and exciting experience filled with information on nutrition, preparation techniques and of course hanging out with the masters! No experience necessary. Requirements: bring a tool kit with the following: a paring and chef knife; peeler, heat proof spatula; dough cutter; measuring spoons. Wear long pants and comfortable, closed-toe shoes; long hair should be tied back. Bring a bag lunch to camp. Note: KOC Culinary camps are very intensive.
