Course Description
Explore the characteristics of Bordeaux wine, one of the most well-known wine regions in all of France. Bordeaux produces very fine, complex wines and accounts for one-third of the quality French wine produced. See why the wines from Bordeaux inspired a ranking system to classify the best of the best. Experience a tasting of these fine wines as you identify the Bordeaux region and the kinds of wines produced there. You must be at least 21 years old to attend. Bring driver's license or Michigan ID.
