Course Description
Enjoy dedicated pool time to practice and improve your swimming skills with support from an experienced aquatics instructor. This class is ideal for those who want to lap swim or receive general guidance on strokes, technique, or endurance. Due to the class size this is not one-one one instruction but the instructor will offer tips, demonstrations, and feedback. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
